Dhirendra Shastri Brother Bageshwar Dham’s prominent head priest, Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, has explicitly distanced himself from his younger brother, Shaligram Garg, who faces severe criminal charges following a violent altercation in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur district. The incident, which took place in Koda village under the jurisdiction of the Rajnagar Police Station, involved a contentious land dispute that quickly escalated into physical violence and gunfire. As public outrage mounted over the involvement of the highprofile spiritual leader’s sibling, Shastri issued a definitive statement asserting that he has no operational or personal ties with his estranged brother, demanding that law enforcement agencies act strictly against anyone found guilty of breaking the law.

Dhirendra Shastri Brother – Farmer Alleges Violent Assault and Encroachment Attempts by Shaligram Garg

The victim, identified as a local village farmer named Motilal Kushwaha, sustained critical injuries during the confrontation and was rushed to the Chhatarpur district hospital for urgent medical intervention. In his formal complaint to the local authorities, Kushwaha explicitly accused Shaligram Garg and his close associates, including Ankit Mishra, of attempting to forcibly grab village properties. The complainant alleged that when he stood up to oppose the illegal land encroachment, the accused individuals brutally assaulted him with wooden sticks and fired multiple rounds from a pistol. Medical examiners later confirmed the presence of a bullet wound near the victim’s ribcage, prompting immediate surgical intervention.

Dhirendra Shastri Brother – Chhatarpur Police Register FIR Against Multiple Accused Individuals

Following the critical medical update and detailed statements provided by the victim, the Chhatarpur police force swung into action, deploying forensic experts to examine the crime scene for ballistics and physical evidence. Superintendent of Police Rajat Saklecha confirmed that a formal First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against four individuals, naming Shaligram Garg, Ankit Mishra, and two unidentified accomplices. This is not the first time Garg has faced severe police scrutiny; he has been booked in multiple historical cases over the last few years involving charges of criminal intimidation, physical assault at toll plazas, and threatening a Dalit family with firearms in 2023.

Dhirendra Shastri Brother – Spiritual Leader Demands Impartial Investigation and Strictest Punishment

Addressing the widespread media coverage surrounding the shooting, Dhirendra Shastri strongly requested the public and media outlets not to drag his spiritual platform into every individual familial dispute. He underscored that his life is entirely committed to national service, social welfare, and Sanatan Dharma, viewing the global community as his true family rather than his biological relatives. Shastri reiterated that he had severed all connections with Shaligram years ago and strongly advocated for an unbiased, thorough investigation, demanding that whoever is responsible for this heinous act must face the most stringent legal penalties possible.
