Paragraph 3 : The leak expanded beyond Maharashtra after handwritten notes were converted into PDF files and transmitted digitally. Intermediary Shubham Khairnar sent the question PDFs via Telegram to Yash Yadav in Gurugram, who forwarded them to Mangilal Biwal in Jaipur for ₹10–12 lakh. Digital forensics on seized mobile devices, alongside recoveries of signed blank cheques and original academic certificates given as payment security, confirmed the paper trail and financial transactions connecting the 13 accused.
